Infrared Sauna Sessions

Give yourself the gift of time. When you arrive there will be an Ayurveda tea of your choice and scents that will help you reset. We will set the sauna based on your goals for up to 60-minutes of relaxation and restoration. You will also have access to mediation cushions if you would like to pop out of the sauna and finish your time with a deeper or continued meditation. Water infused with crystals of your choice will be available throughout your sauna session to stay hydrated.
