Each session begins by setting intentions, followed by a 5-10 minute sound bath, then into a guided meditation utilizing your breath to connect with each of the five elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether) within the chakra system. Each session finishes with a 3-5 minute sound bath.
Session pricing varies based on length of time and size of group.
